Celebrate the festive season with a relaxed afternoon of flowers, wine and good food in the heart of the Barossa.

Join Wade Kingsley, otherwise known as Mr, Dahlia from The Hidden Flower Farm for an intimate Christmas wreath workshop at St Hugo, where you'll be guided through creating your own beautiful festive wreath using seasonal foliage, natural textures and locally grown blooms.

With a glass of wine in hand, spend the morning getting creative, learning wreath-making techniques and enjoying the company of fellow flower lovers in the warm surrounds of the Stone Lounge. Hosted in an intimate setting, the workshop offers plenty of opportunity for personal guidance, conversation and inspiration along the way.

With your wreath complete, it's time to sit back and enjoy one of the best parts of the day. Executive Chef Simon Hicks has created a seasonal two-course lunch inspired by the flavours of an Australian Christmas, designed to be shared and savoured in the company of those around the table.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Bookings close 48 hours prior to the event date, unless sold out earlier.
• Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify the St Hugo on [email protected] team prior to the event if transferring your booking.
• This event requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the unlikely event that St Hugo cancels the event, guests will be offered a full refund.
• Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, not all dietary requirements can be guaranteed.
• Ticket price includes the wreath-making workshop, all materials, a welcome glass of wine, a two-course lunch & a glass of St Hugo wine to enjoy with lunch. Additional beverages available for purchased on the day. 
• Guests must be 18 years or over to consume alcohol. Proof of age may be requested.
• St Hugo and The Hidden Flower Farm reserve the right to make minor changes to the event format, menu, inclusions or schedule if required.
• By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photographs and video may be captured for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the event team on arrival.
